2. The inspection mark in the elevator has expired. Why not check it?
In fact, as a qualified elevator manufacturer, the maintenance elevator must be qualified by special equipment. If the test fails or does not detect, the elevator manufacturer refuses to repair.
Some owners will say that the certificate has expired, how is Toshiba still maintaining it? In fact, our elevator inspection work has been completed! Only the certificate you see is that the management unit needs to pay the inspection money and obtain a new certificate before it can be pasted in the elevator.
3. How do the owners feel that the elevator is always bad?
In some newly built communities, many decoration workers use passenger elevators to transport decoration materials. Many users use the passenger elevator as a freight elevator. 5. Why do the maintenance personnel say that the elevator is out of power, and the owner still has electricity?
Our elevators are used separately for elevators. The three power supplies are 380V, which is different from the electricity used by residents in your home. Some owners will find that the maintenance staff said that the elevator is out of power, and it looks like it is not the same. The elevator still has a display. How can it be said that the power outage is missing? I just said that the elevator uses three items of electricity (the meaning of the three items of electricity: three-phase electricity is a fire line, between the two is 380V, between each and the zero line is 220V) if any of the three items or The two wires are out of power, and we call them power phase missing.
