6. Prevent water seepage from the ceiling and walls of the equipment room.
7. Do not use the computer room for other purposes (such as living or storing debris). Keep inflammable and explosive materials out of the machine room to avoid fire.
8. The elevator access pit must be waterproof.
B. Elevator safety management
1. Keep the car and door sill clear.
2. The elevator entrance pits need to be cleaned regularly.
3. Do not overload the elevator to avoid accidents.
4. Do not let young children take the elevator alone.
5. Instruct passengers not to jump in the car, as this may cause the elevator safety gear to malfunction and a human event.
6. Do not hit the elevator button with a hard object, causing human damage and causing malfunction.
7. No smoking inside the car.
8. Pay attention to strangers entering and leaving the elevator. If conditions permit, they can install a closed-circuit television monitoring system for the car to prevent the elevator crime.
9. Do not modify the elevator privately. If necessary, please contact the professional elevator company.
10. Do not use a motorized forklift to lift or unload cargo in the elevator except for specially designed cargo elevators.
11. If you find a fault, first check if the elevator is an obstacle. For example, debris prevents the normal operation of the door or the safety boots are lifted. This will enable the elevator to resume normal use as soon as possible.
12. When performing maintenance on a professional, please provide as much information as possible about the previous failure of the elevator.
13. When informing the elevator that a malfunction has occurred, please contact the maintenance elevator company immediately and please specify the following:

14. The elevator company reserves the right to charge for repairs due to man-made damage or failures outside the scope of the maintenance contract.

C. When the elevator fails
1. When the elevator has issued a running signal (the upper or lower signal light is on) and stops at a certain floor to close the door, it does not move; first check if there is any debris blocking the elevator door. After removing the debris elevator door, please still call the professional elevator company.
2. When it is found that the elevator stops at a certain floor and does not close the door after opening the door: Please check the "outside call" button on the floor, is the "open door" button or the boot in the car blocked? After the inspection, I found that there was no response. Please inform the professional elevator company.
3. When you find that the button panel or indicator panel is loose, or if the elevator is driving, stopping or opening or closing the door, please inform the professional elevator company.
4. Please record and review the faults of the elevators complained by the passengers and notify the professional elevator company.
D. When the passenger is trapped
1. Please check the condition and location of the elevator
2. Untrained non-professionals, do not attempt to release passengers.
3. Please comfort the trapped passengers to wait for the rescue and advise the passengers not to try to get out of the car.
4. Immediately notify the professional elevator company to help and rescue. Once the passenger is trapped, please reply to the elevator company.
E. Building fire alarm time
1. When a fire occurs in the building, do not use the elevator except for the fire-fighting elevator.
2. After the fire, please inform the professional to check.
F. Typhoon or storm
1. Close the doors and windows of the equipment room and the machine room door to prevent the equipment of the elevator from being splashed by rain or water.
2. When it is found that a storm may cause rainwater to flow into the elevator entrance, the car should be parked on the top floor and the elevator power supply should be turned off.
G. When the building is powered off
1. The condition of the elevator must be checked to see if any passengers are trapped.

H. When the building's water pipe bursts or causes water to flow into the elevator.

I. Escalator
1. The "start" key and "emergency stop" button of the escalator are usually placed at the bend of the upper and lower level handrails.
2. Before starting the escalator, check if there are any people or debris on the pedal.
3. After starting, pay attention to whether the glass next to the escalator is stable and the operation is abnormal.
4. Never let the child run along the steps, play or sit on the pedals.
5. Persuaded passengers to hold the handrail when riding the escalator.
6. Persuaded passengers not to stagnate on the upper or lower steps.
7. When any debris is found between the step surface and the ladder comb or between the step and the foot board, the escalator must be stopped and the sundries removed. If necessary, please inform the professional elevator company.
8. When the escalator fails, please inform the professional elevator company.
9. When there is a passenger injury incident on the escalator, the professional elevator company must be notified.
