Elevator parts manufacturers teach you to understand elevator emergency alarm
As we all know, the purpose of setting up the emergency alarm device is to allow the trapped passenger to use the emergency alarm device in the car to seek help at any time in the event of an elevator trap, so as to avoid further damage to the passenger. The so-called "five-party call" refers to the car, the duty room (or monitoring room, or control room, or guard, or building management, etc.), the machine room, the car roof (the top of the hoistway), and the pit. Call. According to elevator standards and elevator safety technical specifications, not all elevators require “five-party calling”, and sometimes even “two-party calling” can meet the requirements of safety regulations.
1. The car and duty room must be equipped with an emergency alarm device, otherwise it will not meet the safety technical specifications of the elevator.
2. If the elevator travel is greater than 30m, an alarm device should be installed in the equipment room. Otherwise, it is permissible to have no alarm device in the equipment room.
3. If the person working in the hoistway is in danger of being trapped and unable to escape through the car or the hoistway, an alarm device shall be provided at the top of the hoistway (or the car top) or the pit where the danger exists. Otherwise, you can leave it alone.
It can be seen that if there is only 2 floors and 2 stations in an elevator, there is no danger of people being trapped in the hoistway, and it is not necessary to satisfy the regulations as long as the "two-party call".
In addition, the emergency alarm device must be equipped with emergency power supply (except for the connection between the car phone and the public telephone network) and can be automatically turned on, and the emergency alarm device should be a duplex system intercom system.
