The elevator car top wheel, the counterweight wheel, the guide wheel and the car bottom wheel are collectively referred to as a reverse rope wheel.

The anti-cord spoke material is made of cast iron with the grade HT200 or HT250. When the elevator line speed is ≥3.5m/s, the spoke material is recommended to use QT400-10. When the customer specifies the use of nylon spokes or other materials, according to the customer Specify the requirement to execute. When the elevator line speed is ≥2.5m/s, the cast iron spokes shall be dynamically balanced by the de-weighting method to ensure the stability of the return rope running.
The rewinding return rope wheel can be configured with 4 deep groove ball bearings. The size and type of the bearing are determined by the load of the return pulley. When the bearing is a cylindrical roller or a spherical roller bearing, an end cap should be added on both sides of the return sheave hub.
Normally, the return rope wheel is equipped with JB/T 7940.1-1995 straight-through injection oil cup to facilitate the regular filling of lubricating grease during the maintenance process. The selection of bearing grease grades is standard for the company. Grease, line speed ≥ 2.0 ~ 2.5m / s, it is recommended to use MP-3 grease, line speed > 2.5m / s, it is recommended to use BME grease. Under the contract conditions, it shall be implemented as required. The company does not advocate the use of double-sealed bearings to avoid refueling. When customers request such a configuration, they should explain to customers the limitations of their service life. And according to the relevant requirements, the corresponding accessories (such as U-bolts, movable bushings, etc.).
At the time of maintenance, the same grade of grease should be added to the grease no less than once every 6 months. Normally check whether the bearing lubrication is good, whether the bearing is running normally, whether it is hot or abnormal, and if necessary, it should be maintained in time.
For the configuration of the bearing of the undercarriage and the guide wheel, refer to the corresponding model in the following table, which can be equivalent to or appropriately reduce one specification model or lower the brand rating.
